Langat konnte sich nach 16 km aus einer f\u00fcnfk\u00f6pfigen Gruppe l\u00f6sen und das Rennen in 1:03:14 gewinnen. <!--more--> Langat hatte im Jahr 2015 beim Istanbul Halbmarathon sowie 2016 beim Halbmarathon von Rom nach Ostia zweite Pl\u00e4tze belegt und erreichte in Ostia das Ziel nach 59:18 Minuten. Hinter <strong>William Waweru<\/strong> (KEN) wurde <strong>Razini Lentleteaik<\/strong> (KEN) in 1:03:44 Dritter.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-13862 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/run.hwinter.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/mutuini-hm-2018-winner-langat.jpg\" alt=\"mutuini-hm-2018-winner-langat\" width=\"464\" height=\"303\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Leonard Langat gewann die Premiere des Mutuini Halbmarathon. Omollo<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Bei den Frauen gewann die Siegerin des Standard Chartered Taipei Marathon <strong>Cecilia Wayua<\/strong> in 1:16:26 vor <strong>Margaret Murigi<\/strong> in 1:16:32 und <strong>Naomi Nduta<\/strong> (alle KEN) in 1:16:50.
